General Meeting 2008
These photos were taken at the FOWIL Annual Meeting held on August 16th, 2008 at the Biddeford Pool Fire Station. FOWIL's executive committee presented various updates on the group's projects to FOWIL members and guests. After the business meeting, FOWIL members Kyle Noble and Dave Curran gave an excellent multimedia presentation on how they designed and installed the new tower handrails in the spring of 2008. The new handrails allowed FOWIL to open the lighthouse tower to tour guests for the first time in several years.
FOWIL merchandise was also available for purchase at the meeting. Author Margo Alley also was present to sell and talk about her book entitled the "Rescue of Tammy Burnham."
